Please provide your email address and accept the terms & conditions below to review Relex™ compliance with the laws, rules and regulations that would apply to British Columbia lawyers using the Relex™ program.

  • RELEX™ CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

    1. The Lawyer, Realtor®, or Individual (“Undersigned”), agrees that the Undersigned will not disclose, for any reason or at any time, to any person, except to the extent that the proper performance of the Undersigned’s activities as a prospective or licensed Relex™ member may reasonably require such disclosure to employees or members of the Law Firm or Corporation, any confidential information relating to the processes, business plans, legal opinion letter, document precedents (whether in paper or electronic form), or trade secrets of Relex™ or those of any corporation or law firm affiliated with Relex™, or any other confidential information given to the Undersigned by any of the officers, employees, or representatives of Relex™ or obtained by the Undersigned as a result of its use of the Relex™ system, unless so authorized in writing by one of the officers of Relex™ empowered to do so. Any information not generally available to the public shall be considered confidential for the purpose of this Agreement.
    2. It is also agreed that all data, charts, graphs, drawings, logos, document precedents, legal opinions and all intellectual property rights which are utilized in Undersigned’s activities with or through Relex™ shall be kept secret and confidential except to the extent that disclosure is required for the purposes of the Undersigned’s participation as a licensed Relex™ member, and such materials shall be considered the property of Relex™ and returned to Relex™ at the conclusion of the Undersigned’s activities with Relex™ or on demand.
